How can i put a picture in the forum?!!!

hey guys can someone help me for puting a picture in the forum its not avatar i wanna put a picture that i screenshoted from computer to topic like robinho did

after you made a screen shot, copy it to paint and remove things you dont like, then copy it to a new paint and make the frame (that grey thing around the white box) smaller so it excactly fits, then save your file as JPEG.

go to a website like www.imageshack.com and upload the file, right click at your picture and copy the url, paste it here between the [img]:
